Thank you so much for your assistance in obtaining my visa, while I was out of the country. I thought the whole thing would have been so hard, the procedure is daunting. I had used another agent prior to Helena and it was a disaster. The paper work was not done in time and I was forced to leave Australia. I then feared it would be impossible to go through the process effectively from another country (New Zealand). I engaged Visa Shop as my agent and it was the best decision I ever made. Although they are based in Victoria and I am in Western Australia we never met, but to be honest I dont think it would have made much difference if i dealt with her in person. I went through a horror experience with another Immigration law practice who simply didn’t return phone calls or answer my emails for over 3 months. I then discovered she had shut her shop and went overseas. I had no idea about my application or status of where anything was at. Someone at work recommended Visashop and gave me their number. I went through a horror experience with another Immigration law practice who simply didn’t return phone calls or answer my emails for over 3 months.
